So after trying all day yesterday–literally all day–I finally won tickets for the “intimate, once-in-a-lifetime” Beastie Boys show at the 9:30 Club in D.C. It’s a “promo only” show, so you couldn’t have really bought tix if you wanted to. The venue only seats 1000, so it really will be stellar. Anyway… I just wanted to gloat. No cameras allowed in the show, so I’ll only be posting shots from Johnny’s camera phone (yeah, Johnny’s girlfriend Arin got lucky and was able to buy tickets in the less than 4 minutes they were on sale!).
