Leavin Liverpool
April 9th, 2003This, our last full day in England, we spent touring Liverpool. Nina (the super great and fancy tour guide), showed us from the Anglican Cathedral to Albert Docks to old Beatles haunts and back again. Then she brought us over for Egg and Chips (traditional English food) with her really great friends, where we watched footy and talked and laughed. It was nice.
Alas, our England time comes to and end and tomorrow we head to Amsterdam and then on to Brugge, Belguim. Not sure about the ‘net access, so updates and pics might be light until we get to Paris.
I’ve put up just a couple of photos from the last couple days, so you all don’t feel too negelected. It’s late however, so it’s only one per day, for the last three days:
We arrive in Warrington, near Liverpool. Maya is tired.
The Smallest House in Britian and a nice lady in a Welsh hat.
Maya kisses John Lennon. I’m not usually okay with her kissing other men, but since it’s John…
OK, that’s all, everybody. It’s late–12:45 am–and we’ve got more traveling to do!
Love,
-Gabe and Maya.
